The apartment is coming along...

First, Peter built me some shelves to create a mini office. It is so nice to have a place to put all my books, and it has really helped us to be more organized.

Then we received our couch and this one fit. Hooray!

And today I went out and got a couple of plants to liven up the place. The little one is in our kitchen and is actually growing out of a rock. The garden center salesman guaranteed me that these two varieties would do well inside and be tough to kill. Wish me luck! We have yet to see what color my thumb is.
